This is the best beverage for any weather especially hot days. Chilled or over ice, when you need to cool off after a hot job in the yard, you just can't beat it. I have even made ice cubes with the tea and poured the cooled tea over them. Now that is cooled to the nth degree. That's cold, believe me. The flavor is crisp and cold and just sweet enough to taste delicious. I love it enough that I am considering auto-ship for the Arizona Green Tea w/Ginseng & Honey. Does not seem to affect my glucose level. But that's just me, follow your medical provider's advice.
