These taste good and definitely will fill you up.There’s an organic version of this which I also usually buy, but this product works well and taste good. You can also put it in a mason jar with some milk or yogurt and fruit, throw it in the fridge and have “overnight oats” the next day. It’s a quick and tasty to get breakfast if you have to run out the door to work.

Great oats, I simply rinse and drain once or twice, then add cold, or room temperature water, let them soak for 10-15 minutes, drain, and serve. My kids prefer to eat them dry, with mini chocolate chips of course 😂
The flavor is good but it doesn’t cook like regular oatmeal. The water doesn’t absorb as well so the consistency stays a bit chewier. But that is cooking in the microwave and I haven’t tried on the stove opening any baking. Overall I do like the flavor.

Bob's Red Mill claims to have the best oats in the business and I 1000% agree! I LOVE the texture of the extra thick rolled oats, they are chewy and delicious! I love the fact that they come in a resealable bag, it makes them so easy to use and keeps them fresh for much longer. Just a half a cup gives you 6g of protein for a good start to your day or as an evening pick me up. Since I started eating oats daily my cholesterol is now perfect, my blood pressure has lowered and I no longer need medicine, and my gut health has improved. Not only does this oatmeal taste delicious, it also has many health benefits. I love Bob's Red Mill so much that I have it set up as an auto delivery. It is way cheaper to purchase the oats on Amazon than it is to purchase from a store. You also cant find the extra thick rolled oats at the store.
These rolled oats make perfect oatmeal. It seems much healthier than another well known brand. Their glyphosphate levels test very low. Wish they were glyphosphate free but that is difficult with neighboring fields spraying that poison everywhere. Easy to cook and oh-so-good. I make it with Whey Isolate Protein so a good balance of protein and carbs.
