Delicious possibilities.

I’ve always been a fan of Bob’s products. I am not the biggest fan of eating hot oatmeal however. I decided to give this muesli a try since I enjoy all the ingredients that it contains, plus wanting a heart healthy food. I tried it as overnight oats miles with plant based milk and a small drizzle of raw honey, it’s so good. I also decided to try baking breakfast cookies out of it by adding a few more simple ingredients. The breakfast cookies are amazing and I’ve kept them gluten free. My husband and I eat them as a mid morning or afternoon snack everyday. I appreciate the clean ingredients and that I know exactly what we are eating. My next trick is to make bars with almond butter which I know will be delicious. I think it’s an all around fantastic product that’s good for you and your family.I appreciate this blend being delicious in flavor, gluten-free, and contains high quality ingredients I’ve come to love from Bob’s Red Mill. 10/10 recommend.

misleading product description!

Be aware that the picture of the nutrition facts is incorrect and the actual product has 2 grams more sugar than what it shows in the description and the other nutrition facts are wrong as well

Light and delicious!

I love all of the Bob’s Red Mill products. I love the flavor and texture of the Muesli. I prep it as my overnight oats for breakfast or lunch. I like to add fresh fruit as well to give it some extra kick. It’s easy on my stomach while i’m on the go and after my morning workouts. One of my favorite things to do with this cereal is to make cookies and muffins with it. Also, its becoming more difficult to find the Muesli in my local grocery store so I started buying here on Amazon.

Edible and healthy but not completely authentic

Let's clear up the misconceptions in other reviews. Muesli in general is more healthy than "granola." Granola is a bakery product which is toasted and contains baked cake/breading material. Muesli is a raw food which is much healthier. It is primarily oats. It doesn't have added sugar. If you want sweet, buy captain crunch. You can add some nice honey to sweeten the muesli to taste. You must either leave the muesli in yogurt overnight, or add to heated milk, to plump the raisins. The reviews that said it was stale or tasteless were likely just throwing it into ice cold refrigerated milk. What is wrong with this product? Two problems 1. In Europe muesli is a readily available inexpensive food. Here it is considered exotic and sold at a high price 2. Gluten free. Gluten free is a fad which began in the United States. Unless you have Celiac disease, you can tolerate gluten. Large sections of the world depend on wheat as a food source. In those areas you would find maybe .00001% of people saying they need to be gluten free.Anytime you have oats as a main ingredient, it is possible to be gluten-free. However, because this is gluten free, they put in processed rice with sweetener. This would not be found in a European muesli.-- IF instead they had added sweetened wheat flakes, would have made this just sweet enough, and more nutritious. So if you want real muesli you have to go to Europe.

Wonderful Base for Homemade Granola

By itself, the paleo muesli is lightly sweet and a bit bland. I decided to turn the bag into homemade granola by tossing it with some melted coconut oil, drizzled maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and cardamom, then bake it for 20-25 mins at 300 degrees F, stirring halfway through. It came out golden brown and the toasting enhanced the flavor of the coconut chips and nuts in it. After cooking, I chopped in some half dried apricots for extra flavor. Soooooo addictive!

Great breakfast, hard to find in the store, easy to find on Amazon.

Love muesli, but hard to find in the stores. Turned to Amazon to and the Bob's Red Mill store to find. Great deal. It comes in a 4 pack which was perfect, as I eat it everyday. Glad to be finding it here. Can be eaten on its own as a hot cereal or can be mixed in with yogurt for a cold cereal. It is gluten free which is big plus!

Best breakfast option around

Bobs Red Mill products are all wonderful. I was trying to improve breakfast options for my 5-year old grand-daughter. Sadly, she preferred the overly sweetened instant packets of oatmeal her parents buy. This had better fiber content, and a great, nutty texture and flavor. It didn't take any longer, really, than cooking oatmeal and didn't require high temperatures or long cooking times. Better still, I felt like I was getting really good value for the money. Too bad she loves sugar more than anything else.

Bad ingredients

I have been buying this cereal for a long time. I am not sure if they are trying to cut corners but the oats will not cook up and stay hard also they put brown rice in and when the cereal is cooked gets mushy and there is so much of it. I am sorry to have to give this low rating but they need to improve what they are putting in the cereal.

Love Bob's!!

Have eaten this in my yogurt every morning for years. Although I'm gluten tolerant, my system seems to do better with the gluten-free. It's my mainstay and I doubt I'll ever change this breakfast habit. Good quality, always fresh, healthy and satisfying choice with fat free greek yogurt.

A so-so product from a GREAT brand

It was OK but not great and I am a huge fan of Red Mill products. I finally used it to make cookies and that worked well. While I buy their flours regularly don’t think I would buy this product again.
