It is vegan, kosher, Non-GMO Project verified, and carrageenan-free, with a neutral taste that lets the espresso lead, shipped fast from New Jersey.

Califia Farms Almond Barista Blend: Dairy-Free Almond Milk That Froths for Lattes

• Built to steam and froth — a barista formulation that produces stable microfoam for latte art and cappuccinos
• No curdling in hot or iced coffee — blends smoothly into espresso, cold brew, and drip coffee without splitting
• Neutral, creamy taste — a mild almond profile that complements rather than covers the coffee
• Dairy-free, vegan, kosher, Non-GMO Project verified — made without carrageenan or dairy ingredients
• 32 fl oz (946 mL) carton — the standard cafe size, enough for roughly 8 to 12 lattes
• Made in the United States — produced by Califia Farms, based in Bakersfield, California

How to Use

Shake the carton, pour cold milk into a steaming pitcher, and stretch it with the steam wand just below the surface until it reaches about 140 to 150 F (60 to 65 C); swirl and pour for latte art. For iced drinks, pour straight over espresso and ice. It also works in a handheld frother or French press for home cappuccinos. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 to 10 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Califia Farms Almond Barista Blend contain allergens?
Yes. It contains almonds, a tree nut, and is not suitable for anyone with a tree nut allergy. It contains no dairy, soy, or carrageenan and is labeled vegan and kosher. Read the printed carton for the current ingredient list and facility statement, since packaging notices can change between production runs.

How should I store Califia Farms Almond Barista Blend?
Store the carton according to the printed panel; this format is shelf-stable until opened, so keep it in a cool, dry pantry until the best-by date. Once opened, refrigerate it, keep it tightly closed, and use it within 7 to 10 days. Shake well before each use, as light separation is normal.

What is the difference between Barista Blend and regular Califia almond milk?
Regular Califia almond milk is thinner and can split or foam poorly when steamed. The Barista Blend is formulated with a little more body so it stretches into stable, glossy microfoam and holds up in hot espresso without curdling. The taste is deliberately neutral so the coffee, not the milk, comes through.

Where is Califia Farms Almond Barista Blend made?
Califia Farms is headquartered in Bakersfield, California, in the state's almond-growing region, and its products are made in the United States for the US and Canadian market. This is a domestic product, not an import. The carton is available here as a single 32 fl oz (946 mL) unit.
