Very tasty as usual and excellent package
The spice level was perfect. I am not one of those people who can eat dozens of jalapeños, but I do love a good spicy dish. This was ideal as it had the right amount of spicy flavor without lighting my entire mouth on fire. Great flavor overall. Arrived well packaged. The box has a nice presentation for gifts or a special dinner.

I love Carbone pasta sauces. My favorite is the Marinara! I received the four jars of garlic sauce today but two of the jars were broken and sauce was all over. I did contact Amazon and they refunded my total order and escalated my complaint. Items broke due to poor packing! The small inside box had a caution about item being "GLASS" but that info was not indicated on delivery box! So now, I went ahead and ordered 4 jars of the Marinara so I'm hoping none of those jars will be broken!!!
The roasted garlic sauce was amazing! Tossed it with some frozen Ravs from Trader Joes and my crew all cleaned their plates! My daughter went back for more sauce w her garlic bread. No added sugar and an ingredient list that is transparent and clean’. ! Sign me up for more. Bravo, Carbone -its not just for Kim K now.

Hard to believe sauce of this caliber is available anywhere. Have used in lasagna, late night pasta dinners with sausage. Perfect no matter how you use it.
These sauces taste soooo good
I always figured Marinara was Marinara so I used Ragu or Prego. A friend turned me on to Carbone and I'll never go back. I opened the jar and took a whif, that was all it took. Carbone tastes like the best sauce you've gotten at an Italian restaurant.When I dip my mozzarella sticks in it they don't get "wet" like with the other brands. They get perfectly coated in flavor.This IS the secret sauce. This is that flavor you've been wanting.I don't usually write reviews but I'm not usually this impressed.

This pasta sauce is very good. Since Rao introduced their Arrabiata and Marinara I have stopped making homemade sauce. Simply not worth the cost & effort. Carbone is also fab. Honestly, by the time you pay for the ingredients, you will spend more than the cost of this jar. If you have an overabundance of tomatoes in your garden or an Italian grandma who makes sauce for you go with that. Otherwise, just buy this.
This pasta sauce is so delicious. My husband made some meatballs and this sauce went absolutely perfect with it. The flavor is very fresh and earthy, does not taste processed.
