How to Use

Drain the tuna by pressing the pull-tab lid partially open and tipping the can over a sink. For classic tuna salad, mix drained tuna with mayonnaise, diced celery, red onion, a squeeze of lemon, salt, and pepper — serve on bread, crackers, or in lettuce wraps. For a quick tuna melt, spread tuna salad on bread, top with cheddar, and broil for 2–3 minutes. Flake over mixed greens with cherry tomatoes and olives for a fast, high-protein salad. Stir into cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic, capers, and parsley for a 15-minute pasta al tonno. Add to quinoa bowls with cucumber, feta, and a drizzle of tahini. Use in tuna noodle casserole, tuna dips, or stuffed bell peppers. 60 calories and 13g protein per serving make it a smart, versatile pantry protein.

I eat so much tuna I should know how to swim.

This product is excellent, and I've been buying it for quite a while. I eat a lot of this tuna, and with summer just around the corner, it will be a quick, cold, entree for hot weather and also taste great,

Yummy and So Versatile

This is a great tuna and there are so many things you can do with it. Sometimes, I just like to open a can and add a little mayo & pickle relish for a tasty snack with crackers. I also love making tuna patties and recently have begun mixing red lentil beans in with the patties. It adds more nutrients and protein over just using bread crumbs. Soak a small amount of red lentils overnight in water. Then, rinse well and puree. Mix with a couple cans drained tuna and an egg. You can add any other seasonings you want, but I just mix the mashed lentils with the tuna and egg. It's yummy and good for you.I recommend this tuna product and thank you for reading my review.
