This is my go-to oil for cooking, baking and salad dressings. It's a neutral flavoring and has a high smoke point for frying foods which is ideal. It's also healthier than most oils. I prefer their plastic bottle too. I would definitely recommend.

As a former Exec. Chef (just retired from a 50 years career), I have tried many oils. The Chosen Foods 100% Avocado oil stands among the best I’ve used for deep-frying, shallow pan frying, roasting or grilling. This oil heat smoking point is very high compared to others. Although I use Olive Oil a lot but never for pan frying (dressing salads, finishing a dish, or drizzle over a tomato/avocado salad). I also use the Chosen 100% Avocado Oil Spray can on my grill, it works very well to oil the iron grids, I even spray-coat and bake all my cast iron pans to keep them rust free! This oil is very stable and super versatile. Unlike me, if you need just one healthy oil to do it all, this is the one you want. Bon appetit! 😁

I tried avocado oil for the first time and I love it. I used to use olive oil when making rice in the rice cooker but it always came out sticky. What a difference with avocado oil. The rice wasn't sticky and it was actually fluffier. Also, it doesn't begin to burn when using it in the frying pan.
