Softness?? It is a cleaner and it appears to clean my dishwasher the way they state.

Follow the instructions and wash on heavy with hot water. It does indeed take that funky smell out of your dishwasher.

These wo r k great but you might need to use two in consecutive washes, if the buildup is heavier.

I have owned this dishwasher for two years. Employing Finish dishwasher cleaner liquid has effectively eliminated any possibility of stains within the appliance, as well as preventing the formation of crystals caused by water and detergent interaction. The application process is straightforward: one removes the paper cover and inserts the tub onto one of the central posts. At times, inserting the tub can be more challenging than usual; this may be due to the wax being particularly hard during those instances. In such cases, a moderate amount of force may be required. Aside from this, the insertion process is generally simple. We have an older Kenmore dishwasher with a stainless steel tub and it's served us well for more than 15 years but it's days are probably numbered as it doesn't seem to clean as well as it used to. In any case, it sometimes gets smelly inside, particularly after washing oily/fat soiled dining ware.Every few months I run one of these cleaners through it and it does an amazing job of deodorizing and restoring the clean finish of stainless steel. Everything smells much better and the dishes seem to come out cleaner. There's also no residue left over from the cleaner.

Amazing! For over a year I have had issues with my dishwasher. Dishes not coming out clean, I have cleaned the filter several times and soaked it in vinegar but some grease wouldn't come out of it. After using this cleaner my filter grease all washed off. My dish washer looks new

Dishwasher was leaving water in the bottom at end of cycle. We had a check valve that was getting gummed up in the past the required removing the unit, unplugging drain to get into and clean. Running this allowed the check valve to clear. Always keep one on hand now.

Will be using again! This is the 3rd dishwasher cleaner that I’ve used over the past year and it left my dishwasher looking better and smelling fresher. After the next 2 days loads I could still smell the fresh scent.My only issue was after removing it I noticed it had dripped some extra cleaner so it required a rinse cycle after.

I live alone and I have an old dishwasher that only use maybe once a week and it's always done a great job but I cannot believe the difference this product made! First of all the inside is sparkling and you know how sometimes plastic bowls on the top get turned upside down and filled with water during the cycle? Well in my dishwasher the water that would fill those bowls would be cloudy or greasy kind of and this product took care of that completely so now when I clean my Country Crock margarine plastic bowls and such and one of them gets flipped over and filled with water I can just pour it out and dry it without feel I'm going to get myself a bowl if I don't wash it. This is the product I didn't even know I needed and I'm pretty sure you're probably feel the same.

These are life savers, it’s so easy to use. You take the little tab off, stick in upside down turn the cycle in and just throw it away once done. It always cleans it super well, definitely worth the $$.

I use this about once a month and it really works. Inside stainless steel looks a little brighter and it smells clean. Easy to use. I accidently left a scrub brush in with it and the white bristles turned permanently blue, so make sure you use the cleaner without dishes.

Well, my family has been having issues with our clean dishes smelling even after being washed in the dish washer. I likened the smell to wet dog. It was not pleasant. And we kept worrying about what bacteria we might be ingesting. Our landlord suggested this product, he says he uses it himself. And he says just needs one use and everything will be alright. Boy! He was right! One use and the smell completely gone. Dishes and the inside of the dishwasher looked so clean and smelled so great! My son said the product was made by the company that makes Mr. Clean. However, I didn't check the bottle before it went out to the garbage/recycle. But if that is true...then the quality of their product has me sold forever. Easy to use and very effective.
