These are delicious! Limited to gluten-free, I am always on the hunt for things. I truly enjoy. Feel free to doctor this mix up with additional favorite ingredients… If you’re missing an ingredient substitute with something similar. We use beef chicken or turkey and substitute, various combinations of stewed, diced tomatoes, and or salsa as we have available in the pantry. We garnish with crumbled, tortilla chips, shredded cheddar, and a dollop of sour cream.

Great low sodium soups. Quick and easy to prepare and tastes awesome. Try ground turkey for the meat.

Great flavor, gluten, dairy free

This is so simple to prepare and simply delicious. I added 2 cans of Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies instead of salsa. No added seasonings necessary.

This is a great soup. I added a can of red enchilada sauce and tortilla strips and some chicken after the third bowl. It's delicious and it makes a lot. Hard to find product.

I first purchased this brand and flavor of soup at a craft fair (independent seller) and it quickly became a favorite. I've ordered it online twice since then and most recently purchased it at the request of my 13-year old who wanted it for her birthday dinner (THAT is how much she likes it!). Everyone in the family garnishes it differently - the birthday girl eats it straight, my son puts sour cream in his, my husband adds broken tortilla chips, and I add sour cream, guac and tortilla chips. I've found this price, with Prime shipping makes it a better deal than most websites.

This is one of the best soup mixes of all time. It’s full of flavor, easy to prepare, and makes a good amount. If you like a subtle kick, I’d recommend adding a bit more pepper. But delicious either way.

These are fabulous soup starters but way too pricey for me. I add more than the ingredients included in the kit as they don't include enough corn/beans for my taste.

Ive made this twice. It makes pretty good soup that satisfies the crave for Mexican food. Much better with cheese, salsa, sour cream added.

Our favorite soup, discovered in Colorado. We add Polish kielbasa (sausage) and Delta Blues long grain rice (itself Best-in-Catagory!) plus chicken broth - package suggests chicken but broth is easier. Taco mix is another winner, occasionally we try the corn chowder. But Enchalada & Taco mixes are our favorites. Highly recommended!
