How to Use
For drip coffee maker, use approximately 60g per liter of water (about 1 tablespoon per 6 oz) and brew at 90–96°C (194–205°F) — caramel and jasmine notes are especially pronounced in drip brewing. For pour over, use 60g per liter, bloom with a small amount of hot water for 30 seconds, then pour slowly in circular motions for even extraction. For French press, use 60g per liter, steep for 4 minutes, then press slowly for a full-bodied cup. Store the tin resealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight after opening.
