How to Use
Kimbo Antica Tradizione works with every coffee maker. For espresso machines, use 7–9g per shot, tamp firmly, brew at 9 bar for 25–30 seconds. For moka pot, fill the basket level (do not tamp), brew on medium heat, remove from heat when coffee begins to gurgle. For French press, use 60g per liter, steep 4 minutes, press slowly. For drip/filter, use 60g per liter at water temperature 194–205°F (90–96°C). The rich medium-dark roast profile and intensity 9/13 make Antica Tradizione ideal as a bold espresso or a full-bodied drip coffee. After opening, reseal the tin tightly and use within 2–4 weeks for best aroma.
