How to Use
For espresso, use 7–9g per shot, tamp firmly, and extract at 9 bar for 25–30 seconds for a rich golden crema. For moka pot, fill the basket level without tamping, brew over medium heat, and remove from heat as soon as the coffee begins to gurgle. For French press, use 60g per liter of water, steep for 4 minutes, then press slowly — the full dark chocolate character comes through beautifully in a French press. For drip or filter, use 60g per liter at 90–96°C (194–205°F) for optimal extraction. Store in a cool, dry place after opening; use within 2–4 weeks. Do not refrigerate or freeze.

I love it, smooth. The delivered item had no LID! I saved a older can and borrowed the LID and had to seal the older can in a baggie . The can is dented and why did they remove the Lid which is usually sealed with a heat seal I must peel OFFFF. Someone tampered with it and I don't feel safe. Never had a problem before with a 19.00 Kimbo. I will go elsewhere
