Use approximately 60g of Kimbo Buon Giorno ground coffee per liter of water for drip/filter brewing — water temperature 194–205°F (90–96°C) for best extraction. For French press, use 60g per liter, steep for 4 minutes, press slowly. For moka pot, fill the basket level (do not tamp), brew on medium heat, remove from heat when coffee begins to gurgle. For espresso machines, use 7–9g per shot at 9 bar pressure for 25–30 seconds.
