How to Use
For espresso, use 7–9g per shot, tamp firmly, and extract at 9 bar for 25–30 seconds for a rich, crema-topped decaf espresso. For moka pot, fill the basket level without tamping, brew over medium heat, and remove from heat as soon as the coffee begins to gurgle. For drip or filter, use 60g per liter of water at 90–96°C (194–205°F) for best extraction. Store in a cool, dry place after opening and use within 2–4 weeks for best results. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
