How to Use

Best for drip coffee makers — use approximately 1 tablespoon per 6 fl oz of water. Also works in pour-over brewers at a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio, and in Moka pots (fill basket level). Not recommended for French press or cold brew, which require a coarser grind. The water process method removes caffeine without chemical solvents: green coffee beans are soaked in hot water to draw out caffeine, then the water is filtered through activated charcoal before the beans reabsorb their flavor compounds. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly sealed after each use. Do not refrigerate or freeze — moisture causes flavor degradation. Best used within 2-4 weeks of opening. Check the best-by date printed on the bottom of the tin.
