This is absolutely delicious mustard but be careful buying it online. The jar I received was not sealed, was 11 days away from its expiration date, and was 0.5 oz. smaller than shown in the description. The seller, Gourmet Import Shop, ignored my request for a refund.

Sweet flavor with a subtle zing that can make your scalp tingle if used generously. Nice mustard with a grainy texture, despite the seeds being ground already. It's delectable on cheese sandwiches.
