This is by far the best canned tomatoes I've ever had In all 37 years of life. As a chef and home cook I try to stay away from canned or processed foods. These gems don't have a can taste. It's now a favorite in my household. I Also bought a few other products from Italy and they all cooked beautifully together.

I used a can in a quick and easy pasta recipe. It was so good with great tomato flavor. The cherry tomatoes were still whole but once smashed the fresh aroma was wonderful. I had enough sauce left over to use for lunch the next day
I never saw cherry tomatoes in a can until I saw these on a cooking show. I immediately looked to see if I could get the brand featured on the show. Sure enough Amazon had them. I usually roast fresh cherry tomatoes for recipes but sometimes I am out. I roasted these and added them to a soup. Delicious!!!
Wonderful, delicious product that arrived in perfect condition. I am so grateful I found these on Amazon after my local grocery stores stopped selling them. I had been to multiple stores looking for these (including Whole Foods!) and I wasted all that time and expensive gas driving around. To all those good people who were understandably disappointed when they received dented/damaged cans they had to throw away - please order these beauties by the case, as I did. There are 12 cans snugly packed in protective bubble wrap in a sturdy box designed especially for this product. It’s a good tight fit. The cost for a case of 12 through Amazon is less than what my local groceries sold it for when they carried it. And with Amazon Prime this product was brought directly to my door. When you buy one or two cans the employee responsible for packing has to hunt around for something to put them in and may not select an appropriate container or cushioning. Buying on Amazon for 15+ years has taught me quite a bit, often the hard way. These shelf-stable products have a 14-month window by which they need to be consumed and will be used up long before then. An excellent purchase.
I have purchased these before at local specialty retailers but hard to find in stock and very expensive. Happy to find on Amazon but concerned about reviews bashing the packaging. Received quickly and well packaged. Delicious in sauces as it retains its bodily structure without disintegrating. I first used mine in a Chicken Cacciatore. Could not be more pleased.
Really excellent flavor. Maybe the best canned tomatoes ever. However, the tomatoes are not peeled. I understand that peeling tiny cherry tomatoes is probably not doable. The skins are a touch annoying but the favor kind of outweighs it.I eat these right out of the can!
I use it for additions to sauces, with vegetables, meats, sea food . Pretty much whenever I want to add a tomatoe base. One of my favorite is to sauté some garlic in good olive oil, add mutti cherry tomatoes and cook on low to med. heat until peppers are semi popped, then blanch some green beans and add them to sauce and cook about 2min. Add some fresh basil and slivered almonds or walnuts. Serve
I ordered these after reading a foodie review of a chef who swears by them for her fine dishes. They lived up to the hype. I think these may be the best tasting tomatoes I've ever had. Mutti, of course, is an excellent brand and I have 4 other Mutti varieties but these are truly stellar.
Mutti by far makes the best canned tomatoes. They are imported from Italy where the growing standards are a bit stricter.This particular product, cherry tomatoes in sauce is absolutely divine. The cherry tomatoes are amazing sweet and I could eat them out of the can. I like to use them for a pizza sauce base.
I'm a big fan of Mutti tomato sauces (born and raised in Italy, make my own pasta/pizza from scratch, I have something to say about this). This one in particular might be my favorite. Cherry tomatoes aren't so easy to find at the grocery store, and when you do they are expensive, poor-tasting, or both. These are neither!I found individual cans at specialty store but they would cost 2-3x as much as the unit-price of this 12-pack, so as long as you plan on using this regularly, I would totally recommend it!
