I'm so happy I found a company that makes supplements without using animal products for its gel tabs. Since I have been taking Vitamin D3 with K2 by Sports Research and also Collazing, which has been more than a year for the former and about 2.5 years for the latter, I have seen slight improvements in my DEXA scan results, which isn't the norm for a woman in her early seventies. It's great to know that at least one bodily condition can improve in one's seventies!
My doctor recommended this after I went and got a blood test and found out that I was low on vitamin D and magnesium and vitamin B I'm 51. Well you know you have to get your Vit D3 with the Vit K2 and this is the second time I got itMy cousin who is really on her vitamin game uses it so I said I would try it out. It’s a small gel tab easy to swallow and I never get an upset stomach or digestive problems….i also got it during Prime days so that was great! I always check the comments with everything I get anymore so it was up there with many satisfied people with this company. That a plus for me.
