he bottle looks well made and has a premium feel. The packaging was secure, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I’ve only recently started taking this fish oil, so it’s too early to notice any significant effects. From what I understand, omega-3 supplements need to be taken consistently over time to see the benefits. So far, everything has been positive, and I’m looking forward to continuing with it.

While it's true that this contains 1,250mg of fish oil in triglyceride form, if you REALLY want to get benefits in terms of cognitive, joint health and inflammation reduction, you must look at the EPA:DHA ratio.Using this product you need to take 2-3 pills to achieve actual clinical EPA dosages of around 3g, or in this case 2.85g from 690mg of EPA, (2,070mg) + 260mg (780mg) of DHA or 3,750mg fish oil total.You will be underdosing the product and placebo will take effect vs obtaining real benefits used in all the studies on EPA out there for mood, brain/systemic inflammation (reductions in TNF-α, IL-6, and CRP), joint health, etc.This is a common misunderstanding and I hope this knowledge helps you all.
