These are an amazing substitute for potato chips. This brand is the only brand that tastes, chews and feels like crispy thin chips. And they are always fresh with not too much salt. I always forget I’m eating plantain and not potatoes. This is a must keep in stock for our home.

Just like Rapunzel's mom was obsessively addicted to radishes when she was pregnant...that is how I now am for these plantain chips. I can't stop. I NEED them, every day. My main hardship is in stopping myself from eating the whole bag in one sitting, if only because if I do that I know I'll have one less bag and have to wait for Amazon to deliver more! I have started ordering 5 bags at a time, but still this is not enough, and my anxiety over running out before the next Amazon delivery is giving me nightmares. Sure, maybe you could blame my obsession with these salty perfect plantain chips on the fact that I'm pregnant...or maybe on the fact that I haven't been able to have potato products the last couple years due to digestion issues and these tasts JUST LIKE potato chips to me (only better, and not greasy!) maybe once I deliver this baby the addiction and constant NEED for these chips will be cured. These are the best plantain chips ever! They're addictive you literally can't stop eating them. I've almost eaten two bags in one day. I don't know why they're so expensive though
