A Nightshade free chip that's actually good!

I love potatoes. Love them! Since I was a child, I would always have some kind of chips on hand for when a snack craving hit. So you can imagine my dismay when my nightshade intolerance began to turn into an allergy and slowly spread to encompasses more than just tomatoes. Soon I couldn't eat potatoes without triggering a severe inflammatory response. I could live without baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, hashbrowns -- even French fries -- but, man, was I desperate to find something that would fill the void left by potato chips. (I tried corn-based chips, but the only flavored ones I really liked also contain nightshades, unfortunately.)I thought all hope was lost, but then I discovered these. They are actually really good. Like, compared to actual potatoes, among the top three salt and vinegar chips that I have tried. The vinegar counters the sweetness of the sweet potatoes really well, and the flavor profile really shines on the taro chips. Even if you aren't nightshade free, I highly recommend them.

Salt & Vinegar is the BEST

With salt and vinegar, you either love it or you don't... I love it, so I was soooo excited when I saw that Terra had come out with a S&V flavor. These are so tasty and have all the tart puckering goodness that you expect from some salt and vinegar chips. I am also thrilled that they are dairy free! Will definitely be repurchasing these.

I am a fan of salt and vinegar chips and I have to say that these are at the very top of my list for that. They are not overwhelming and have a wonderful crunch. I already love the standard Terra chips and these are my top favorite.
