My favorite and only pasta I eat. The spinach flavor is mild and discreet. What makes this pasta so good is its lightness, no wheat sensitivity issues unlike with other pasta. Also, it cooks fast, just about 5 minutes to perfection.

Whether I'm replacing spaghetti noodles or making fettucine alfredo, this product tastes wonderful and the spinach flour lessens the arthritic inflamation pain I suffer from eating regular pasta. Taste great, perfect after five minutes in boiling water. Best is with some pesto or Alfredo sauce (from a jar) you can pull together a quick meal that makes you feel like a pro (doesn’t take much in my case)
