Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our website or the designated courier's tracking system.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

What are your shipping options?
Your orders placed before 2pm are delivered to the USPS cargo company on the same day and your orders placed after 2pm are delivered to the USPS cargo company the next day. There is a shipping fee of $6.76 for each region and free shipping is available for orders over $50.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Some exclusions apply.
