Fantastic-tasting Oats with no gluten contamination issues.As a person with silent Celiac, I don't have outward symptoms if I eat something with gluten but I have damage to my small intestines & trouble absorbing nutrients. I've been doing bloodwork each month to see if my IgA numbers (extremely high, over 250 at diagnosis) would drop and each month they have dropped dramatically. I've been buying this brand of oatmeal for 2 years now. It's delicious. Not sure how much more you can say about oatmeal. I love mine with blueberries and sometimes a dollop of whipped cream. And when I have leftover flavored coffee, I save it and cook this oatmeal in it the next day. That's a nice flavor, too. How's that for filling in with some nonsense?
