It's a nice fine baking soda and just seems better than aforementioned, especially for baking. It's a little pricey, I guess, compared to A&H, but comes with a little more peace of mind if your using it for anything other than cleaning or odor control!

This is flour as it was before it was ruined by corporations and it's from wheat not grown in fields that formerly grew cotton. It is so pure that the bread I made with it tastes like cake. It's expensive but worth every penny. I will keep buying it.
