Really appreciate the quality and quick delivery. Most importantly is the consideration of the expiration of product being considered. Some vendors will send perishable products with little shelf life remaining. This is not the case. I always get almond milk 3 months prior to it having expiration. The August expiring almond milk was purchased in May and the October milk was purchased in July. They are quite consistent.

So I was thrilled to see that their soy milk does not contain gum.I’ve been giving this to our toddler and he loves it. It’s nice to have a quality protein rich, shelf-stable milk that we can just keep on hand in the pantry.It blends nicely in smoothies too but I can’t speak to the foaming.

I was a bit skeptical to try soy milk. Usually I use dairy milk and on occasion I have enjoyed barista blend oat milk for lattes, etc. I am happy to report that this is actually quite tasty. It has a neutral, slightly nutty flavor and a smooth texture. I tried using it to make a cortado, and although it has a much lower fat content than dairy milk or the barista oat milk, it steamed well enough and made a tasty drink. I appreciate the very short ingredients list without preservatives, and the fact that it is shelf stable so I can keep it on hand for times when I am out of other milks. Very convenient, would recommend.

I always like to have on hand boxes of shelf stable plant milks. Soy milk tends to provide the most protein out of all the plant based milks. This one has 8 g of protein and 80 calories per serving. But what I love the most about Califia Farms - Organic Soy Milk, 32 oz (6 pack) is that there are only three ingredients to make this soy milk. Soy beans, water, and salt. I’ve always liked the quality of this brand of plant milks and this is no exception. If you’re replacing dairy or are vegetarian or vegan, this soy milk is a great option. I received six cartons in my order and they are easy to store on a shelf or in the cabinet till opened - then refrigerate. Give the box a good shake before opening so you can enjoy the fresh taste of the soy milk. I like to add this into my smoothies as it provides a nice base and adds a bit of creaminess to them. While I do like this soy milk it is pricier than other brands I have bought. But I do like that this is organic and contains less ingredients so that’s a win!

Ever since becoming more and more lactose intolerant over time, I have been trying to avoid drinking milk and trying out dairy alternatives such as soy milk and almond milk. Some of the usual suspects are good options, but often times will add sugars or other things to try to make it taste better.I truly enjoy the simplicity and the taste of this Milk's ingredients -- it contains only three ingredients and it says so boldly. The quality of this milk is so great, and is especially impressive that this has a longer shelf life so I can store multiple containers of these and open one up at a pinch if I run out of other milk products that I normally get.

I love the simplicity of this product, which has only three ingredients: soybeans, water, and sea salt. I also appreciate that it's organic, since I try to buy only organic foods and beverages.I've used oat and almond milks for the past decade and wondered if the soy milk would have too much of a legume flavor. Instead, I found it delicious, very smooth and clean-tasting. I suspect there were added sugars, oils, or supplements in the soy milk I used to drink. I also like having the milk come in shelf-stable cartons, so I always have it on hand.The carton is easy to open, with a seal under the cap that pulls off the protective foil when it's removed. The cap then screws back on. I much prefer this to the kind of cap that pushes the foil down into the carton when you open it.

This soy milk is delicious! It tastes clean and smooth, not chalky, and it does not have that strong soy aftertaste some brands have. It is creamy enough for cereal and oatmeal, and it also works well in coffee, smoothies, and cooking. It is so versatile.I also like that it is organic and non GMO with only 3 ingredients, and the 6 pack is convenient if you go through plant milk fast. It is nice having it stocked at home instead of making constant store runs. I used to do almond milk but this has convinced me to make the switch. I say, at least give it a try.

I have been using soy and many other alternative "milks" for many years and picked up the Califia Soy Milk to give it a try. My primary use for this type of milk is to combine with some sort of protein drink or food (powdered protein drinks, protein oats, etc), or on a rare occassion that I have cereal I will use it in there. I like to keep a decent amount of milk like this on hand, and it is a real pain taking up all the space in the refrigerator for it - enter Califia Farms Organic Soy Milk. To me, the greatest feature of this soy milk is that it does not require refrigeration until it has been opened and it is really the reason I could see myself using it on occassion in the future. Being able to pack this up and take it with me on a road trip or weekend getaway without needing to worry about keeping it cool is a huge bonus to me! I found the taste and texture of this soy milk to be pretty consistent with other brands, though possibly a slightly fresher taste? Texture wise, I have always found soy milk to be a bit less creamy the some other alternative options out there and find this one the same way. Only 3 ingredients is really impressive and shows this is a quality product! I checked the bottle of alternative milk I have in the fridge for comparison and that has 6 ingredients. The one thing holding this product back is the cost, as it is quite high in comparison to other brands. Due to that, I personally will be limiting future consideration for Califia to when I need it for travel or some other occassion where the ability to take it without needing to worry about keeping it cold can be taken advantage of.

I was sent this Califia Farms Organic unsweetened soy milk to try, and my impression is a positive one.I have been a loyal user of Silk soy milk for so many years I have lost count. I recently switched to their unsweetened version because I am cutting back on sugar.Here are my thoughts on Califia Farms organic soy milk in the shelf stable pack.Of course, I am very pleased that it is organic. That is meaning more and more to me. They also advertise that they have only three ingredients, water, soy beans, and sea salt. I was curious as to whether this would feel like a good thing or a bad thing. For one, they are not fortified with vitamins like Silk is. I am not sure personally how much I need my soy milk to be fortified… I think that is done just to keep up with cows milk honestly, and I do take and eat food with vitamins. They do have 1 gram more of protein per cup than unsweetened Silk, and I appreciate that.I think the flavor is where the big difference is. I love Silk, or I wouldn’t be such a loyal user, but when I compare the two flavors, Silk had a tiny bit of a sour flavor, whereas Califia did not. Califia had a fresher taste, more like grain or beans… kind of a slightly oatmeal flavor that I found pleasant. I tried it in my morning tea and found it good and could still slightly taste that natural flavor. I would say overall I really like this brand and wouldn’t mind subbing my usual for it. The only place there was an issue was the price, which was substantially higher than I usually pay for soy milk. Prices do vary so I would keep an eye open for a lower price. I think this is a tasty, simple and good product which I would buy again.

I was pleasantly surprised. It's not at all like the highly processed, sweetened style of soy milk most common in America. Rather, it's similar to the fresh made soy milk I would have in China, with a slightly saltier and smoother taste thanks to the fine blend and added sea salt. It's actually really good and everyone I had try it said they enjoyed it.In my opinion, it's the best milk-alternative for people who can't have dairy.Pros:- Great company and known brand- 3 ingredient recipe- Great, fresh taste- Organic, non GMOCons:- The price is somehow approaching that of Goat milk, which doesn't make sense to me.

Update: I’ve ordered this 5 times now and 3 of these times I’ve been getting almond milk instead of coconut milk I don’t know whats the problem with the company but 3 times??? I’m really disappointed and mad tbh. I’m not buying it anymore.Really good taste, not too strong, not watery, not oily just very good and clean

This oat milk is absolutely perfect when paired with Matcha green tea as a latte. It doesn’t overpower the taste of the tea and offers just the right amount of sweetness. It’s smooth and creamy, great mouth feel. It’s the only milk I use on a daily basis. I highly recommend.

Five star with some concern. I read the ingredients was pleased that it used all natural ingredients however using the Yuka app it tells me that there’s an additive that’s not and I don’t see one listed in the ingredients. The results that most companies are looking for when they add stuff in most people that I know that’s looking for the raw ingredient understands that it may not look a certain way. However, was most important to me. Is the ingredient the raw ingredient itself, and not some additive.

I prefer this over ones with gums. We travel a lot so the fact is don’t need refrigeration until opened is ideal. This also foams better for lattes than regular almond milk I find.

I buy this on repeat. Ingredients are very clean, and the value is good since I buy the 6 packs so I can have a few in storage. The size is perfect since I am a one person home. The texture is perfect for protein drinks which is what I use it for a majority of the time.

I have tried almost all of Califia Farms brand products. I day almost because I didn't know they also made shelf stable products, as well. I've only purchased their refrigerated items.This was a fun find because I never have to run out now that I can have a spare in the pantry.I use coconut milk for a number of things not just for coffee and cereal. It's great for making coconut rice, mixed with coconut cream.It does say it's made with organic items and does have a light texture, but definitely thicker than water.Califia Farms organic coconut milk does need to be shaken up well before use.

So I'm a huge fan of coconut milk. And I'm a huge fan of Califia Farms. Their coconut milk always taste really fresh and creamy, one of my absolute favorite brands. I often buy their products at the store and usually the ones that you find in the refrigerated section already. However too often I don't get through it all after it's been open and I feel like I need to throw it away.I love that these are shelf stable, the same quality product I expected, and in smaller one quart containers that allows me to get through it all before opening a new one. I also like that they have come in paper containers rather than plastic. I'm extremely happy with the quality of this product and the price point of it. If you enjoy coconut milk and this brand, top-notch for coconut milk in general, I sincerely suggest buying this six pack.Also the expiration date for them was 6 months out from receiving them so that is plenty of time for me to use them all up.

I was surprised Califia Farms - Organic Coconut Milk, 32 oz (6 pack) didn’t taste more like coconut. It has a more neutral yet creamy taste to it. It has a nice mouth feel which I like. It is made with minimal and organic ingredients and it contains no oils. Each of the six shelf stable boxes have a pull tab underneath the screw on lid to seal in freshness. Once it’s opened it does need to go in the refrigerator. At the current price each 32 ounce box is roughly $5 which is a bit on the steep side which makes this not a great value unless it’s on a deal. I use lots of plant-based milks from this brand as I like that they are free from animal derived ingredients and are a great quality and work perfectly in my smoothies and coffee beverages. I would rate this 4 1/2 to 5 stars.
