I use this quite a lot in the winter months to boost my immune system. I like the Raspberry flavor. It also dissolves without clumps in cold water and it also tastes great if you warm it up. I buy it from Amazon in the 30-count, which is a lot cheaper than department stores.

I personally mix them in water or my smoothies my husband he puts his in his tea. I guess you can mix them in anything you want. But just open them and put it in whatever trips your fancy. I add this to my large water bottle and sip it over several hours. Vitamin C can upset your stomach if you take a high dose at one time, so that’s why I sip it. That also allows for better absorption of the vitamin C. I the taste of it, and it kind of tastes like raspberry lemonade. Dissolve it in your water first and stir well before adding ice. We are a homeschool family, and I am around a lot of children other than my own. I use this during flu and cold season and when traveling to support my immune system.
