How to Use
For drip or filter brewing, use about 60 g of ground coffee per liter of water at 194 to 205°F (90 to 96°C). For French press, use the same 60 g per liter, steep 4 minutes, and press slowly. For moka pot, fill the basket level without tamping, brew over medium heat, and remove from heat when the coffee begins to gurgle. Reseal the bag tightly after each use and store it in a cool, dry place.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Kimbo Buon Giorno ground coffee contain allergens?
Coffee is not one of the major food allergens, and this bag contains only roasted, ground Arabica coffee. It is packed in a facility that may also process other food products, so anyone with a severe food allergy should read the printed label on the bag before use, since packaging notices can change between production runs.
How should I store Kimbo Buon Giorno ground coffee?
Keep the bag sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong odors that can be absorbed by ground coffee. Reseal the bag tightly after each use, or transfer the coffee to an airtight container, and use it within a few weeks of opening for the freshest flavor.
What is the difference between Kimbo Buon Giorno and Kimbo Antica Tradizione ground coffee?
Buon Giorno is a milder medium roast rated intensity 7 out of 13, designed as an everyday breakfast blend. Antica Tradizione is Kimbo's original founding recipe, a medium-dark roast rated intensity 9 out of 13, giving a richer, more intense cup. Choose Buon Giorno for a smoother morning coffee and Antica Tradizione for a bolder one.
Is Kimbo Buon Giorno ground coffee imported from Italy?
Yes. This coffee is roasted, blended, and packed in Naples, Italy, using Kimbo's Neapolitan Master Roasting technique, then imported for sale in the US and Canada. Real Prime Deals ships every order from our New Jersey warehouse, so customers receive the same coffee sold across Italy.
