I ordered this product because I wanted to stop taking Advil PM. I was hoping the Melatonin would be a better choice and it was. I have only taken it 2 nights in a row but each night I was knocked out within 15 to 30 minutes. I mean out like a light. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I was asleep. I am kind of surprised this stuff is working. I’ve had to take Unisom for years. I am trying to get away from it because a pharmacist mentioned there’s some studies that shows that medicine contributes to dementia! Compared to Unisom, 1. I am staying asleep longer. 2. When I do wake up to use the restroom, I’m immediately able to go back to sleep. 3. I don’t feel drugged in the morning. 4. It makes my sleepy faster than Unisom. 5. There’s mixed reviews on whether or not Melatonin is good for us, but dementia isn’t a concern. 6. Tastes nice!
