Frequently Asked Questions
Does Smooth Operator contain peanuts?
Yes. Smooth Operator is made with peanuts, cane sugar, palm oil and salt, so it is not suitable for anyone with a peanut allergy. For other allergen details and manufacturing information, always read the printed label on the jar before serving it to someone with a food allergy.
Do I need to refrigerate it?
No, it is a no-stir spread, so you can keep an unopened or opened jar in the pantry with the lid tightly closed. Palm oil helps keep the oil from separating, which means no messy stirring. Check the printed label for the best-by date and any storage instructions from the manufacturer.
How does the 28 oz jar compare with the 16 oz jar?
The 28 oz jar holds the same Smooth Operator recipe in a larger family size, which is handy for busy households and frequent peanut butter eaters. It is no-stir, with 7 g of protein per serving, and vegan, kosher, gluten-free and Non-GMO verified. Check the printed label for details.
